The Framework We Use

Over the years, we have developed methodologies to provide our clients exceptional data services.  We’ve encountered many unique challenges and developed solutions to overcome them.

Basic Overview of Our Process:

  •     When starting a project, our first objective is to ensure that we have all relevant project data to build the model (This often includes Survey control points).  We will also discuss the scope of the project to determine the specific data that our client needs.
  •     We ask that the client provide a timeline of when the model is needed.  We can expedite the process if the model is needed in a more time pressing situation. We also ask what format the client needs their deliverables in, so the files are compatible with their equipment.
  •     The first step in the model building process is preparing the files sent to us for use in our software. Once the files are cleaned up and ready to be processed, we begin the model building. 
  •     Once the model is built, we perform an in-depth quality check to make sure the product is up to our standards. This process includes checking that the specified grades in the plan set match the rendered grades in the model.
  •     Finally, when the model meets our standards and any issues with it have been addressed with the clients specifications, we create deliverables for the platforms requested and send the product out ready to be used in the field.
